Reservation and Cancellation Policy:

Welcome to Oman Tour Packages! We’re excited to help you plan your adventure in Oman. Please review our updated reservation and cancellation policy to ensure a smooth booking experience.

Reservation Process

To make a reservation or request a quote for our packages:

1. Fill out the form on our website or send an email with your request.
2. Our travel experts will contact you within 24 hours.
3. For customized packages, we may ask for additional information to tailor your itinerary.

Reservation Confirmation

After booking, you’ll receive a purchase confirmation via email. Please bring a digital or printed copy of this confirmation for your trip. It includes important details such as contact numbers and other vital information.

Payment Policy

• A deposit of 25% of the total trip cost is required to confirm your reservation.
• For festive periods (Christmas, New Year’s, and Easter), the deposit increases to 50%.
• The remaining balance can be paid:
  • Up to 7 days before arrival
  • In cash upon arrival in Oman
  • In up to 12 installments (contact us for details)

We accept credit card payments in US dollars, euros, or British pounds.

Cancellation Policy

Note: Airlines may charge additional fees subject to their terms and conditions. A 5% bank fee applies to all refunds.

Pricing Information

• All prices are quoted in US dollars and are valid until February 28, 2025 (except for Christmas and New Year’s).
• Prices are displayed on our website for each product and service.

Refund Policy

• Refunds for cancellations or modifications will be processed using the original payment method.
• No refunds are available for no-shows.
• A 5% bank fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Force Majeure Circumstances

In the event of a government or airline-issued “DO NOT TRAVEL” advisory for Oman, we offer:

• Full refund of the tour package amount
• Travel credit or voucher for future use (in some cases)

Please note that airline fees and bank charges may still apply.

Accommodation

Our prices are based on double occupancy. Single room supplements are available. We offer two accommodation categories:

• Comfort
• Superior

Each itinerary specifies the selected hotels. We reserve the right to substitute with equivalent category hotels if necessary. Prices include taxes and fees at the time of publication and may change without notice.

Tours

We may adjust tour order without altering the overall itinerary.

Flights

• Domestic Flights: Flight quotes are approximate. Please note: Specific time requests or changes to booked flights may affect the total package price.
• International Flights: Book now for excellent rates on flights to Oman from your country.

Liability

Oman Tour Packages is not liable for circumstances beyond our control, including weather issues, conflicts, or changes by hotels or airlines. We’re not responsible for additional costs arising from these situations.

Special Requests

Inform your travel agent of any special requirements at booking. While we’ll do our best to accommodate, fulfillment isn’t guaranteed.

Booking Packages with Children

Travel Packages and Accommodation:

• Up to 2 years: Pay only domestic flight fees
• 2.99 to 5.99 years: 15% of adult rate
• 6 to 11.99 years: 75% of adult rate
• 12+ years: Full adult rate

Note: This applies to one child sharing parent’s  room. In a triple room with 1 adult and 2 children, one child gets a discount, the other pays adult rate.

Tours and Land Excursions:

• Under 6 years: Free
• Under 12 years: 50% of adult rate
• 12+ years: Full adult rate

Additional fees apply for children on domestic flights or ferries.

Image Use Terms

By sharing your Oman travel experiences, you grant us permission to use your images and videos on our website and social media platforms.

Tips

Tipping is appreciated but not mandatory. It’s at your discretion to show appreciation for exceptional service.

Complaints

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you happen to encounter any issues during your trip, please do contact our on-site representative to help you with any issues. We’re committed to ensuring you and your family a smooth and enjoyable experience.

General Terms

• Minimum age for site registration and transactions: 18 years
• Secure payment processing for Visa and MasterCard in USD
• We do not serve OFAC sanctioned countries
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple statement entries

Acceptance of Contract

By confirming your reservation and making payment, you enter into a contract with Salalah Safari Tours. This action confirms that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to our terms and conditions.
